JOB SUMMARY

The Winnipeg St. Pharmacy, Namerind Housing Corporation, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist (Temporary - 1 year) to join their healthcare team. Under the general direction of the Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacist provides exceptional patient-centered care and service, ensuring all prescriptions are prepared and dispensed safely, accurately, and in a timely manner. As an ambassador for the organization who consistently demonstrates a high degree of professionalism, the temporary Pharmacist is a trusted advisor who collaborates with health care professionals and provides patients with expertise, information, and counsel to ensure their needs are met. This role provides professional services in accordance with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharm.D. degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Highly detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes.
  • A collaborative team member.
  • Business and results-focused with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced Pharmacy environment.
