Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused Community Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, customer service, and building strong relationships within the community. As a Pharmacist, you will ensure the safe and effective use of medications while delivering an exceptional pharmacy experience that prioritizes health, trust, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness of therapy.
  • Provide clear and compassionate counseling on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
  • Offer health advice, OTC recommendations, and preventive care services to customers.
  • Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Deliver clinical services such as vaccinations, medication reviews, and health screenings.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active pharmacist license in Ontario.
  • Community pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medications, drug interactions, and patient counseling best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining detail-oriented.
  • Commitment to fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for patients and families.
