Operate PCR instrumentation, troubleshoot, and analyze data.
Performs DNA extraction by manual methods, sets up PCR reactions, real-time PCR reactions, and DNA sequencing reactions
Reporting of genetic assays with reliable accuracy and efficiency.
Uses data modeling software such as Phoenix Winnonlin to create pharmacokinetic models used to make dosing recommendations for chemotherapeutic drugs.
Synthesize laboratory-developed reagents such as quality controls, working standards, and internal standards from stock materials.
Performs duties/ tasks as delegated by lead, supervisor, manager, or director.
