ZEN Healthcare is a fusion of pharmacy, beauty and wellness. We own four stores which are located respectively at the exquisite Beauchamp Place in Knightsbridge, Holborn, the historical Baker Street and Hampstead in London.
Part time Admin Dispenser required.
Regular shift required -
Saturdays 4-11pm
Sundays 12-9pm
must be comfortable with those shifts regularly.
Duties:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Prepare medication orders for inpatient and outpatient settings
- Maintain proper inventory levels and restock medications as needed
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Provide medication counseling to patients, including dosage instructions and potential side effects
- Process insurance claims and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and safety standards
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Dispenser is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and dosage calculations
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and inventory management
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and patient care
