This role is 37.5 hours per week and requires the Administrative Assistant to be on site in our Millennium Drive office location a few days per week, and the flexibility if desired, to work remote from home a few days per week. The work schedule is Monday to Friday daytime hours.
Your every day with us:
As a Pharmacy/Administrative Assistant, you are the front-line receiving authorization requests via fax from providers. In this role you will ensure all necessary information is obtained to process the authorization requests and resolve issues while demonstrating you’re above and beyond client focused attitude.
