As Geelong’s only not-for-profit pharmacy group, operating six pharmacies across Greater Geelong, everything we do is focused on improving community health and wellbeing while creating a supportive and rewarding workplace for our people.

We are looking for great people to join our pharmacy teams.

Whether you are an experienced Pharmacy Assistant, come from a customer-focused retail background, are studying pharmacy or are looking to build a long-term career in community pharmacy, we would love to hear from you.

About the role

You'll play an important role in helping customers, supporting their health and wellbeing and creating a positive experience every time they visit our pharmacy.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering friendly and professional customer service
• Assisting customers with over-the-counter products and enquiries
• Maintaining stock levels and merchandising displays
• Supporting pharmacy operations and daily store presentation
• Building your product knowledge through ongoing learning and development

What we're looking for

We're keen to hear from people who:

• Enjoy helping others and providing great customer service
• Communicate well and build positive relationships
• Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Take ownership of their work and contribute to team success
• Enjoy working as part of a supportive team

Previous pharmacy or retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
