Description

Conduct quality checks on all batches before release — nothing ships without QC sign-off
Develop and document QC standards, testing protocols, and acceptance criteria
Maintain a QC log for every batch — results, sign-off status, and any rejections
Identify and investigate any product anomalies, deviations, or failures
Work with Ali to resolve quality issues at source — not just flag them
Ensure all products meet labelling, packaging, and specification requirements
Conduct periodic audits of lab processes and production practices
Train lab technicians on quality standards and expectations
Maintain all QC documentation in an organised, audit-ready state
