BACKGROUND

Bonnyrigg Healthcare is an established independent pharmacy in Bonnyrigg, Midlothian. We are looking to add to our fantastic healthcare team to increase service provision to the local community.

REQUIREMENTS

• NVQ level 2 or equivalent is essential for the pharmacy assistant position or experience within a dispensary and a willingness to achieve this qualification.
• Qualified Accuracy Checking technician must also have appropriate training
• Training for Accuracy Checking Dispenser (ACD) qualification considered
  Applicant must also exhibit excellent customer service skills.
  Wage structure will depend on experience and qualifications.
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
  Pay: £13.20-£17.00 per hour

Bonnyrigg Healthcare is a busy community pharmacy focusing on exceptional patient care and service. The role requires participation in all areas of pharmacy services including, but not limited to:

• Labelling
• Dispensing
• Preparation/checking of dosette prescriptions
• Stock ordering and control
• Additional national and local services.

The role includes working as part of a team within the pharmacy as well as communicating with other healthcare professionals at local surgeries and the at the health centre.
