ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a long term assistant for our HealthSmart Royal Melbourne pharmacy. The role includes customer service, utilising Fred POS, stock control and liaising with the pharmacist. The role is Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.


ABOUT THE PERSON

We need an enthusiastic, hard working pharmacy professional who is committed to the role, takes initiative and has capacity to manage all retail aspects of the pharmacy. The right candidate will be a naturally customer focused person who loves interacting with patients and answering their health questions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Customer centric focus.
  • Ability to manage their time and the day to day operations within the pharmacy.
  • Intuitive and leadership mindset , but with a hands on and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy experience
  • S2/S3 accreditation – essential
  • An extraverted, confident disposition
  • Familiarity with Fred POS
  • A current first aid certificate
