Orana Mall Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly and professional community pharmacy team in Dubbo.

About the role

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be an important part of the team, helping customers feel welcomed, supported and confident in their healthcare choices.

You will assist customers with product selection, provide professional service, support stock presentation and merchandising, and work closely with pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team to ensure customers receive a high standard of care.

This role may be offered on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on the successful candidate and business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly, professional and helpful customer service
• Assisting customers with product selection and general pharmacy enquiries
• Supporting the pharmacy team to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Maintaining strong product knowledge across key pharmacy categories
• Assisting with merchandising, displays and store presentation
• Supporting stock management, ordering, unpacking and rotation
• Processing sales and general point of sale duties
• Supporting pharmacists with the delivery of pharmacy services where appropriate
• Contributing to health awareness campaigns, community initiatives and promotional activities
• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional retail environment
• Following pharmacy procedures, privacy requirements and WHS standards
