After intensive training, you will conduct customer appointments and be responsible for the technical preparation, initial instruction and follow-up training.
In this role, you act as an important expert advisor (m/f/d) and, through your personality, you also manage to connect with customers on an emotional and personal level as they navigate the new system.
Your profile:
You have completed training as a pharmaceutical technical assistant (PTA) or as a pharmaceutical commercial employee (PKA)
You work carefully, in a structured and systematic way.
You are a team player and you enjoy dealing with customers.
You are flexible and enjoy working in the field.
