JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant * with a minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience in ONTARIO, CANADA and a minimum of 1 year prescription data entry experience * to join our team. In this role, you will support the pharmacy staff in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy. You will assist with medication preparation, inventory management, and customer service, all while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. A strong understanding of Ontario pharmacy regulations is essential for success in this position.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pharmacy Assistant in ONTARIO, CANADA
  • Minimum of 1 years experience of prescription data entry on Kroll
  • Familiar with working on paperless kroll system
  • Knowledge of Ontario regulations and prescriptions billing of different insurance plans including ODB
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care are essential.
  • French is not required but is an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
