Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will deliver high level customer service whilst being informative, and providing advice on a range of health and beauty products and services. You will also participate in stock management and merchandising activities, point of sale operation, cash handling, housekeeping and accepting prescriptions for processing.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • provide friendly and professional customer service and advice on a range of health and beauty products.
  • suggest products that meet customers needs and close the sale
  • explain how products work & demonstrating how to use products
  • be committed to attending regular training
  • be able to operate a cash register & EFTPOS Facilities.
  • manage inventory and ensure displays are merchandised appropriately
  • be flexible to work at different locations.
