  • Support the pharmacy team in verifying prescriptions, managing stock levels, and organizing medication supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy protocols, safety standards, and confidentiality regulations at all times.
  • Help with administrative tasks such as data entry, processing insurance claims, and managing patient records.
  • Contribute to a positive patient experience by delivering friendly service and fostering trust within the pharmacy environment.

Experience

  • Pharmacy assistant experience is advantageous for understanding medication processes and pharmacy operations.
  • Strong patient care skills with a focus on clear communication and compassionate service.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to pharmacy practice to ensure accurate interpretation of prescriptions.
  • Familiarity with medication administration procedures to support safe dispensing practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
