ABOUT THE ROLE As a Pharmacy Assistant / Dispensary Technician, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers while supporting the day-to-day retail and dispensary operations of the pharmacy.

Depending on your qualifications and experience, your responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly, professional and attentive customer service

Assisting customers with pharmacy products and general enquiries

Processing sales accurately through the point-of-sale system

Supporting dispensary workflow where appropriately trained and authorised

Assisting with Dose Administration Aid (DAA) packing where appropriately trained

Receiving, unpacking and replenishing pharmacy stock
