Greet and assist customers at the counter, offering advice on over-the-counter products where appropriate
Accurately receive, process and hand out prescriptions under the supervision of the pharmacist
Support the dispensing team with labelling, assembly and stock rotation
Manage stock, including ordering, receiving deliveries and checking expiry dates
Maintain a clean, tidy and well-presented pharmacy environment
Handle confidential patient information with discretion and in line with GDPR
Promote pharmacy services such as flu vaccinations, NHS services and healthy living advice
