The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy and Compounding Centre is looking to hire a full-time pharamcy assistant.

• Give general assistance with daily pharmacy activities.
• Take prescriptions from clients in person and over the phone.
• Package, label and dispense medications.
• Check inventory and restock drugs and other items.
• Check for expired medications and discard it properly.
• Help customers find what they need or send them to the pharmacist for more help.
• Use a cash register.
• take out garbage
• stock shelves, order inventory (front store inventory management)
• Pharmacy stock management
• enter and count prescription medications

Needing someone with a good attitude, very helpful with patients, outgoing, compassionate and a team player. Someone that is a quick learner.
Pharmacy experience is an asset, but not necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)
