We are a small independent community pharmacy in Kitchener looking for a friendly, energetic Pharmacy Assistant with experience to join our team.
Position is part-time/ full-time and we are open weekdays 10am-6pm.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Proficiency in speaking Arabic (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a pharmacy and entering prescriptions
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Customer service experience with strong communication skills
• Strong motivation to succeed
• Proficient in computer/data entry skills

• Greeting patients, answering phone calls
• Handling customer prescription pick-up including cashier responsibilities
• Data entry of prescription information into Propel Rx system
• Maintenance of pharmacy stock and orders
• Prescription counting and blister packaging
