Responsibilities:
- Experience with Kroll system is a MUST
- Filling medication and preparing blister packs for patients
- Billing to ODB and different types of private insurance
- Knowledge about retirement home’s system Point Click Care (PCC) is of added value
- Enter patient and prescription information into the computer system
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a hospital or pharmacy setting is a must
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
