CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, military, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness and ability to be on camera during training and meetings (remote roles).
  • No time off allowed during the first 6 weeks of training.

CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ months of healthcare or pharmacy experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and professional with members.
