PHARMACY BILLING ASSOCIATE – CERTIFIED PHARMACY TECH OR WILLING TO CERTIFY

Hours: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

We’re looking for someone who’s confident on the phone, enjoys working with financial data, and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. You’ll support both billing and accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP) tasks while helping customers and care teams with clarity and compassion.

• Conduct calls related to pharmacy billing and provide helpful, courteous support
• Post and reconcile financial transactions using pharmacy billing systems
• Manage AR/AP workflows, process statements, and assist with monthly reporting
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate, timely account handling
• Maintain detailed financial records and documentation
• Provide support with billing questions and resolution
• Contribute to a compassionate, client-focused pharmacy experience
