Salary: Up to £15.50 per hour - dependant on experience and industry related qualifications i.e. NVQ2, NVQ3, ACT

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, a background in pharmacy or healthcare, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our patients. They must hold at least an NVQ2 in Dispensing and have at least two years UK community pharmacy experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration practices is essential.
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is highly desirable.
• Certification as a qualified Dispenser is essential.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Supervise and train staff, including pharmacy technicians, to ensure high standards of medication administration and patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of medication dispensation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock of medications and supplies.
• Address any patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
