SUMMARY OF POSITION The Pharmacy Contracting and 340B Analyst is responsible for managing pharmacy-related contracts, optimizing reimbursement strategies, and ensuring compliance with the 340B Drug Pricing Program.  This role involves analyzing financial and operational data, negotiating with pharmacy partners, and supporting internal stakeholders to maximize program benefits while maintaining regulatory compliance.   ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES * Reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining pharmacy contracts with retail, specialty, and mail-order pharmacies. * Monitoring contract performance and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue optimization. * Ensuring contract terms align with organizational goals and compliance standards. * Maintaining compliance with HRSA and other regulatory requirements for the 340B program. * Conducting regular audits and data integrity checks to ensure accurate 340B pricing and eligibility. * Collaborating with pharmacy teams and third-party administrators to optimize 340B savings. * Financial analysis & reporting. * Analyzing reimbursement trends, chargeback data, and pharmacy claims to identify variants. * Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on contract performance and 340B program impact. * Supporting budgeting and forecasting related to pharmacy operations. * Working closely with finance, compliance, and clinical teams to align pharmacy strategies. * Serving as a subject matter expert on pharmacy contracting and 340B regulations. * Carrying out Vibrant Health’s mission: We provide access for all to integrated and high-quality care that fosters health beyond our walls. * Accepting and using supervision, direction and consultation to maximize available resources in the completion of work duties. * All job responsibilities will be carried out under the direction of the organization’s policies and procedures.  * Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to maintain and improve effective functioning of the department and to advance the mission of the organization.   REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. * 2-4 years in pharmacy contracting, managed care, or healthcare finance. * Experience with 340B program administration and compliance. * Familiarity with Liberty software. * Strong analytical and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. * Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management and reimbursement methodologies.
