JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dispensary Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Dispensary Supervisor, you will ensure compliance with all regulations, manage pharmacy staff, and maintain high standards of patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a pharmacy setting, with prior managerial experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and patients alike.
  • Proficiency in IT systems relevant to pharmacy operations; familiarity with electronic health records is advantageous.
