Job description
We are urgently looking for a experienced dispenser & counter assistant to work full time in our busy pharmacy in Histon Road five days a week - Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm). We are looking for a candidate who has a high attention to detail, who is hardworking, problem-solving, empathetic, and passionate about providing the very best in clinical care.
We work within a local community pharmacy setting and would love you to join our friendly and driven existing pharmacy team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Dispensing experience is preferable
• 40 hours a week
• An accurate and efficient worker
• Good organisational skills and can effectively prioritise several tasks
• A determined and driven attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• You are a people person and can demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Is willing to undergo a full DBS check
• Four weeks annual leave plus bank holidays

Experience:

• Pharmacy: 1 year (preferred

• Serving Customers
• Dispensing Prescriptions
• Labelling prescriptions
• Assembling prescriptions
• Referring problems or queries to the pharmacist
• Gather, organise, and assess patient information
• Ordering of pharmaceutical medicines for use in the dispensing process.
• Household tasks to ensure cleanliness in the pharmacy.
