JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented experienced Pharmacy Dispenser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications to patients, while providing exceptional patient care. This position requires a strong understanding of medication administration and the ability to work collaboratively within a pharmacy setting.

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately, following all legal and regulatory standards.
• Assist with the preparation and labelling of medications, including dosage calculations.
• Support patients by answering questions and providing advice on the safe use of their medicines.
• Maintain precise records of medication dispensing and manage stock levels.
• Collaborate with pharmacists to promote patient safety and the highest level of care.
• Take part in regular training to stay current with pharmacy practices and regulations.
• Keep the pharmacy clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
