You'll need to work quickly without compromising on accuracy or patient safety, stay organised when juggling multiple orders, and adapt as new services and processes are introduced. Responsibilities

• Processing clinic, online pharmacy, and OTC orders accurately — picking, packing, and dispensing prescription medicines using our PMR system
• Collecting, recording, and reviewing patient information
• Referring clinical queries to the Responsible Pharmacist when needed
• Recording near misses and supporting corrective and preventive actions
• Communicating professionally with patients and colleagues via email, chat, video calls, and telephone as part of our digital pharmacy service
• Supporting stock management alongside the Pharmacy Operations Manager and undertaking other duties as required to support the team
