Description
When the work you do every single day has a crucial impact on the lives of others, every effort, every detail, and every second matters. This shared culture of passion and dedication pulses through Cedars-Sinai, and it’s just one of the many reasons we’ve achieved our six-consecutive Magnet designation for nursing excellence. From working with a team of premier healthcare professionals to using state-of-the-art facilities, you’ll have everything you need to do something incredible—for yourself, and for others. Join us, and discover why we are tied #1 in California and ten years in a row on the "Best Hospitals" Honor Roll. As Drug Use Policy (DUP) Manager at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, you will lead a dynamic team in driving evidence-based policies, protocols, and initiatives through collaboration with medical, nursing, pharmacy, and other healthcare team members.  The DUP Manager plays a key role in developing strategic initiatives, including evaluating new formulary requests and shaping policies and processes for improving efficiency.  The Manager will lead a team of 6 Drug Use Policy Specialists and 3 Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacists.  Other responsibilities include developing content for Pharmacy & Therapeutic Committee meetings, collaborating with other healthcare professionals on complex therapeutic issues and leading targeted drug programs that optimize medication use, enhance therapeutic outcomes, and reduce unnecessary expenditures. #LI-RD1
