Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance Adhere to all Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and pharmacy laws. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and Code of Conduct. Inventory & Stock Management Maintain accurate stock levels and organize pharmacy shelves. Remove expired or damaged products and support inventory audits. Dispensing & Workflow Support Assist in preparing medications for dispensing by licensed pharmacists. Help streamline pharmacy workflow and maintain accurate records. Patient & Insurance Support Act as a liaison between patients and insurance companies. Follow up on approved prescriptions and contact patients who have not collected medications. Support insurance coordinators with billing and pending claims. Telemedicine Support Coordinate medicine deliveries and manage WhatsApp queries for telemedicine services. Merchandising & Display Implement visual merchandising strategies for fast-moving products. Ensure proper product rotation and pricing. Workplace Maintenance Keep the pharmacy area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (medical or healthcare field preferred). Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a healthcare organization. Strong knowledge of local suppliers and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Proficient in MS Office and digital documentation systems. Customer service-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Physically fit for handling and lifting goods
