Role Summary: This role assists in the management of the Pharmacy Client Services Operations organization with implementation and service of new and renewing clients (almost 6300 Pharmacy clients and over 6 million customers). Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations may be asked to work in person three days per week: Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, or Scottsdale, AZ. Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering the overall client implementation strategy for each assigned client while aligning with the Cigna Pharmacy Management strategy and Client Services Operations goals Manage client installation and executes the client specific claims processing strategy to ensure consistent and effective products and services Partners with Sales and Enterprise Operations with rules of engagement when presenting client operational strategy Ensures client retention through supporting the client relationship and effectively managing customer issues and meeting their expectations Creates solutions and improves processes to support the Sales team as they address client issues, risk points and client requirements Clarifies client intent regarding benefit plan design, account structure, reporting and communications Gathers, translates, and inputs client requirements into Cigna operating systems Subject Matter Expert for (RFP) Response for Proposals Produce implementation metrics, such as effective date implementation, client implementation survey scores, 100% referenceable clients, and reduction of implementation set-up reliability tickets Adheres to Client Enterprise Operations policies and procedures to ensure optimal productivity as well as ensure client and customer-centricity Qualification: High School Diploma, required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 4+ years of experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and Healthcare implementation, required. 4+ years of experience with various Pharmacy PBM systems and vendors, required. 2+ years of experience working with clients and brokers developing effective relationships, preferred. 2+ years of Experience with ESD, ePro, Vista, a plus. Strong presentation skills to internal and external clients and executive leadership, preferred. Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with strict timelines, required. Demonstrated project management experience; planning, coordinating and tracking multi-functional activities, preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external business partners and clients, required. Ability to independently operate, negotiate, and take initiative in fast-paced, multi-faceted environment, required. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time required If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 82,700 - 137,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
