QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school education required
Previous Experience: A minimum of one (1) year in a medical field setting is preferred (pharmacy, hospital, physician office, etc.)
Working knowledge of handling multiple inbound and outbound telephone lines preferred.

Responsibilities
The Intake Representative I will provide outstanding customer service and administrative clerical support to all parties that they interact with.
The Intake Representative I must be able to multi-task between multiple software programs and/or applications, handle multiple telecommunication lines, and work efficiently in all pharmacy computer programs.
Accurate data entry
Will coordinate information with appropriate teams to expedite pharmacy services.
All information documented will be accurate to the best of the employee’s knowledge and presented in a professional manner.
The Intake Representative I will keep open lines of communication with their immediate supervisor and/or manager.
Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
