Reporting to the Pharmacy Business manager, the Pharmacy Inventory & Retail Specialist supports medication inventory operations across all HHS pharmacy sites. This role supports contract‐compliant purchasing, inventory control, auditing, and quality assurance, while collaborating with purchasers, supply chain, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate inventory systems and reliable medication supply.

The Specialist works collaboratively with pharmacy staff and relevant stakeholders to facilitate management of backorders, recalls, and product issues, inventory and contract data in Epic and Kroll, and supports system readiness for product or contract changes.

The incumbent will work collaboratively with drug information and pharmacy teams for communication of shortages and ensures continuity of supply.
