Position Summary   The Pharmacy Manager serves as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and provides clinical, operational, and regulatory leadership for pharmacy services at Alliance Healthcare Services, a nonprofit community mental health provider serving Shelby County. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient pharmacy operations in support of integrated behavioral health care.   The Pharmacy Manager balances hands-on pharmacy practice with leadership responsibilities and works collaboratively with medical, nursing, behavioral health, and administrative teams.
