Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Manager to oversee our pharmacy operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services to our patients. The ideal candidate will maintain excellent patient care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Duties
- Checking prescriptions and managing daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, monitoring inventory, and ensuring accurate billing procedures
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to optimize workflow efficiency
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance on medication therapy management
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to promote safe and effective medication use
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to pharmacy staff
Skills
- Strong background in community pharmacy settings
- Kroll experience
- Experience in compounding beneficial, however not necessary
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure
