QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Pharmacist.
• Minimum 2–3 years of pharmacy experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role preferred.
• Proficiency with Kroll Pharmacy Software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee and support staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and technicians.
• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of prescriptions using Kroll.
• Provide patient counseling and education on medications and health matters.
• Maintain inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and managing stock.
• Implement and monitor policies and procedures to support safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment and deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare reports and ensure proper documentation as required.
