Cobequid Pharmachoice is looking for a patient-centered pharmacy leader to work alongside our amazing team in providing exceptional patient care. This long term hidden gem location in Lower Sackville provides both a loyal patient base and endless opportunities to grow.

This position may also include occasional shifts at our Community Pharmacy Primary Care Clinic in Eastern Passage if that is of interest. This is not a requirement but is an option!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Pharmacist license in Canada (minimum 1 year)
  • Current drug injection license
  • Experience with Kroll is an asset
  • Past management is also an asset but not required
  • Flexibility in scheduling including 1 in 3 weekends at a partner pharmacy in Dartmouth

Responsibilities
  • Lead the pharmacy team to expand the services we offer and provide exceptional patient care to the local community and beyond
  • Oversee human resource activities including scheduling, training, motivating staff and performance evaluation
  • Monitor inventory of medication and supplies
  • Ensure the dispensary complies with all provincial and federal pharmacy standards
  • Manage financial goals to ensure long term success
