We are currently looking for a experienced pharmacist for a full time position in one of our busy community pharmacies for immediate start. We offer competitive packages for the right candidate depending on experience and performance. We are a chain of pharmacies with a reputation for providing a quality service within the community. The pharmacy is very well presented and has excellent support staff. The pharmacy also has very good long term relationships with local GP surgeries.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years experience, be NMS accredited. Accreditation’s and experience in providing other enhanced services will be beneficial. We will provide various opportunities for continuing professional development.
The successful candidate must show strong leadership in managing and overseeing pharmacy assistant, pharmacy technician and pharmacy dispenser. They must show a willingness to further their own knowledge, good communication skills, encourage learning/development within your team and be able to promote both private and NHS services to the wider community. They must also be able to demonstrate both operational and business acumen. Our aim is to grow the business whilst providing the best possible service to the local community.
