About the Opportunity
Lead a well-established community pharmacy that serves as a trusted healthcare hub in the South Cariboo. This management role offers a 40-hour work week with a focus on patient-centered care, team leadership, and business operations, including medication therapy management, chronic disease support, and community health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate dispensing and clinical review of prescribed medications
• Provide expert medication counseling on proper use and potential side effects
• Lead medication reviews and collaborate with local healthcare providers
• Manage pharmacy operations, including staff supervision and inventory
• Ensure compliance with BC College of Pharmacists regulations
• Develop patient care programs and wellness services tailored to the community

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current licensure in good standing with the BC College of Pharmacists
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with pharmacy software systems (e.g., Kroll)
• Commitment to ethical practice and community health advocacy
