About the Opportunity
Lead a well-established community pharmacy that serves as a trusted healthcare hub. This management role offers a 40-hour work week with a focus on patient-centered care, team leadership, and business operations, including medication therapy management, chronic disease support, and community health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee accurate dispensing and clinical review of prescribed medications
Provide expert medication counseling on proper use and potential side effects
Lead medication reviews and collaborate with local healthcare providers
Manage pharmacy operations, including staff supervision and inventory
Ensure compliance with BC College of Pharmacists regulations
Develop patient care programs and wellness services tailored to the community
Qualifications & Requirements
Current licensure in good standing with the BC College of Pharmacists
Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management experience preferred
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities
Proficiency with pharmacy software systems (e.g., Kroll)
Commitment to ethical practice and community health advocacy
