Position: Full-Time Pharmacy Manager
Salary: $120,000 – $126,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team in Stony Plain, Alberta. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated pharmacist to take on a leadership role in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including medication reviews, immunizations, and health consultations
  • Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace
  • Manage inventory, workflow efficiency, and business growth initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the local community

Ideal Candidate:
