Summers Pharmacy, an independently owned collection of 12 locations across west-central Missouri, is seeking a full-time MO licensed pharmacist (30-40 hours weekly) for a Pharmacy Manager position in our Butler, MO location.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Manages the hiring and training of location staff.
· Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of location staff.
· Conducts Individual Planner evaluations that are timely and constructive.
· Handles discipline and termination of location employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

· Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned store; purchasing, sales, labor, and expenses, ensuring the location is reaching goals set by company leadership.
· Implements, monitors, and evaluates budgets and cost of goods in assigned location to achieve financial and business objectives.
· Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to staff; for major changes, meets with area operations staff to discuss changes, ask questions, and maintain morale.
