JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacies. Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety protocols.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control to minimise waste and ensure availability of medications.
  • Implement IT systems and solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer service experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and healthcare professionals to address any concerns or queries promptly.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management regarding operational efficiencies and areas for improvement.
