POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacy Packing Clerk Trainer to lead and support the training of new and existing team members in our pharmacy packing operations. This role is essential in ensuring all Pharmacy Packing Clerks are well-prepared to accurately and efficiently pack medications while maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring others.

How You’ll Help Us Improve Healthcare Training & Development:

Conduct hands-on training sessions for new Pharmacy Packing Clerks on packing procedures, quality standards, and compliance regulations.

  • Provide ongoing coaching and skill development for existing team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and update training materials, including checklists, guides, and best practices for packing operations.

    • Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach and motivate others.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with pharmacy management software.

    • Ability to work independently while fostering a team-oriented environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).

    • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination are essential.
