MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of Pharmacy with B.S. Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• PGY2 in Medication Use Safety, Health-System Pharmacy Administration, or Drug Information (with emphasis on medication safety) or equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience in medication safety or administration with a focus in medication safety.
• Current Georgia Pharmacist License or eligibility for Georgia licensure.
