Pharmacy Technician is responsible for engaging in the daily operations of a pharmacy within a retail setting. The role involves serving Tills, and optimizing customer service.
Job Title: Pharmacy Retail Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Processing sales at the registers, filing stock etc
Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service, address customer enquiries, and provide information and advice on front of shop products.
Inventory Management: , stocking, and management of Front of shop products.
Technology and Systems: Utilize pharmacy management software and other technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is essential.Strong interpersonal skills, Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position or part time with potential for evening and weekend shifts.
Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
Shifts must do: Thursday 2pm to 9pm
Saturday 8.30am- 5pm
Other days are flexible
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
