SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB:

• Previous pharmacy sales/management experience
• A proven track record in driving sales and customer service
• Experience in achieving set and agreed KPI’s

• Ensure that the highest standards of professionalism and customer care are consistently delivered
• Provide support to your team across the pharmacy dispensary, OTC counters and retail floor
• Effectively manage stock levels to ensure optimum supply is available across all pharmacy sections
• Analysing sales reports and reacting accordingly to ensure the correct product mix for customer profile
• Ensure that company procedures are followed to a consistently high standard
• Ensure the store is delivering on store standards and visual display
• Liaising closely with head office, area manager and other group stores with regards to bestsellers and promotions
