As the Pharmacy Solutions Coordinator for EVHC, you will be responsible for assisting and providing support to the Direct of Pharmacy Solutions and the Pharmacy Solutions Coordinator. You will provide support to the Pharmacy Solutions Team. Your role will be pivotal in providing support to our pharmacy operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and enhancing our members' overall quality of care. How you'll make an impact Vendor Invoice Process: - Assist with the vendor invoice process, ensure invoices completed to each client’s specification - Track and monitor to ensure invoices are processed and paid within the guaranteed timeframe Client Management: - Review and completion of implementation documents for all Pharmacy Solutions partners - Plan changes and renewal process and tracking - Escalated Member Issue Tracking Pharmacy Solution Report: - Pharmacy Solution Vendor quarterly reporting - Adhoc client reporting - Savings analysis reports Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with the pharmacy solutions team. About You Prefer at least 3 years’ experience in pharmacy benefit management, pharmacy operations, or a similar healthcare or health insurance industry role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Organizational skills, experience with maintaining client documentation.
