Description About Tareen Dermatology Tareen Dermatology is a growing, physician-owned dermatology practice with multiple locations across the Twin Cities Metro. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Dispensary Supervisor to oversee daily dispensary operations and lead dispensary staff across assigned clinic locations. This role provides direct supervision, ensures operational excellence and compliance, and partners closely with leadership to support staff development, inventory management, and workflow efficiency. This position combines hands-on operational knowledge with people leadership and process improvement responsibilities. Requirements Key Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision Supervise dispensary staff, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and daily task management Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of dispensary team members Provide coaching, performance feedback, and support corrective action in partnership with leadership and HR Serve as an escalation point for employee and patient concerns Operations & Workflow Oversight Oversee daily dispensary operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with policies and procedures Standardize workflows and implement process improvements across locations Monitor productivity, patient flow, and turnaround times Inventory & Vendor Management Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, ordering, reconciliation, and loss prevention Communicate with vendors regarding product availability, pricing, and backorders Support cost control and inventory optimization initiatives Clinical & Dispensary Support Provide hands-on dispensary coverage as needed, including prescription entry, insurance billing, and medication dispensing Ensure patient communications and follow-up are completed timely and accurately Maintain strong collaboration with providers and clinic staff Leadership Support Partner with the Dispensary Director on departmental goals, staffing models, and operational planning Support implementation of new workflows, systems, and clinic expansions Travel to other clinic locations as needed Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of healthcare, pharmacy, or dispensary experience Prior supervisory or people-management experience Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment Preferred Experience in dermatology or specialty medical practice Inventory management and vendor relations experience What We Offer Full-time, stable position in a growing practice Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), etc.) No evenings or weekends Supportive, team-oriented culture
