Overview VytlOne (formerly known as Maxor National Pharmacy Services Corporation) is seeking a bilingual Spanish, experienced, customer-service oriented Pharmacy Technician for our managed pharmacy in the East Harlem, NY area. The pharmacy is located in the Boriken Health Center Clinic- This unique position is responsible for the coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders. This includes verifying/re-verifying insurance benefits; translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system; communicating and collecting copay amounts; prior authorizations/reauthorizations; and screening, identifying, resolving or deferring orders. The estimated compensation range for this position is 24-28/ hr depending on experience. Maxor National Pharmacy Services Corporation is seeking an experienced, customer-service oriented Pharmacy Technician for our new Boriken Community Pharmacy in the East Harlem, NY area. The pharmacy is located in the Boriken Health Center Clinic- This unique position is responsible for the coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders. This includes verifying/re-verifying insurance benefits; translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system; communicating and collecting copay amounts; prior authorizations/reauthorizations; and screening, identifying, resolving or deferring orders Responsibilities: Greet customers and take prescription orders Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues. Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked Answer the phone Input customer information into the computer system Qualifications Job Requirements: Current PTCB Certification a MUST (Or the abiity to obtain your PTCB within 6 months) Bilingual, Spanish speaking a MUST Proven track record of exemplary customer service 2+ years retail pharmacy experience in a clinic setting preferred Computer experience mandatory Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care Logistics Pharmacy is located in East Harlem Flexible to cover shifts between Monday & Wednesday 8am to 6:30pm Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 8am to 5:30pm (pharmacy located within clinic) This retail pharmacy is managed by Maxor National Pharmacy Services in Amarillo, TX.
