The Pharmacist technician will assist Pharmacists with technical and supportive functions, train and provide orientation and guidiance to newly hired pharmacy technicians to the CNMC's way of doing things, establish and maintain good relationships with the health care team, coordinate responses and resolutions with appropriate internal and external parties, perform all tasks in a timely and safe manner that is consistent with hospital policies, procedures as well as state and federal laws. Minimum Education High School Diploma or GED (Required) Or Associate's Degree science related field and 1 year of hospital experience as a hospital Pharmacy technician (Preferred) Minimum Work Experience 2 years Experience in a hospital (Preferred) Required Skills/Knowledge Accurate data entry skills Able to read write and speak English fluently Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
